AGISTMENT

Facilities include:

	60 x 20mt floodlit Dressage arena
	Floodlit jumping arena
	Fully fenced private paddocks including shelters
	Stable for emergency vet treatment or injury.
	Fully lockable store room/tack rooms .
	Free float storage and loading area.
	Stalls available together with a lunging area.
	Cross country course which includes a water jump.

Full agistment includes feeds being ordered and prepared in buckets and the horses being fed morning and evening.

Rugs being removed in the morning (depending on weather conditions) and being put back on in the evening.

Paddocks being cleaned approximately once a week.

Round hay bales being put in shelter if required, and use of all facilities including flood lights at no extra cost.
